When the wind is blowing and the sky has gone dark, sometimes a perfect can start to feel down. The Fall and winter seasons, people tend to lack Vitamin D, which helps in our moods. One of our favorite fall kratom tea recipes always does the trick in bringing our mind back to a peaceful, levelheaded state, where we welcome the season while keeping out the chill.
Step 1 – Measure out between 1 teaspoon of powdered leaf. Using an extract is not recommended, as the hot water may break down some of the alkaloids. Who wants to waste money?
Step 2 – Boil 2-4 cups of water. The more water you use.
Step 3 – Put the kratom powder into a large cup or container with a pour lip (your regular dose amount you usually take), and pour the boiling water on top. Stir until it is thoroughly mixed. Be sure there aren’t any clumps of dry powder.
Step 5 – Cover it and let it sit for 15 minutes. YES, 15 minutes. The longer, the stronger it will get, plus you want it cooled down.
As long as you drink all of the liquid, the effects will be the same as if you took your regular method of your regular amount of kratom.
